The Before the Rain Music Festival, happening on 24th and 25th May at the NALIS Amphitheatre in Port of Spain, promises two days of fresh, homegrown music and creative energy. Musician Solomon Gabriel shared that his inspiration for the festival came after attending a world music event abroad, sparking the idea to create something similar rooted in Trinidad and Tobago’s own culture. Joined by media practitioner Aneela Maraj-Wallace, the team aims to spotlight original voices and give local artists a vibrant platform to connect with audiences.
