Trinidad and Tobago Olympian Jereem ‘The Dream’ Richards returned to his winning ways this week when he won gold at the prestigious Spitzen Leichtathletik track meet in Switzerland.
Richards, running in lane five, won gold in the 400-metre dash final. After a slow start, the Olympian picked up the pace, clocking an impressive time of 45.11 seconds.
Richards finished ahead of Rusheen McDonald of Jamaica.
The results mark an improvement in form for Richards, who finished 6th in the recently concluded Diamond League 200-metre race.
