The Yashoda Group of Hospitals, one of the largest state-of-the-art healthcare providers in India, could soon be providing opportunities for local patients, medical personnel, and students through quality care, training, and affordable prices.
Group Vice President of International and Corporate Relations, R. Phanindra, elaborated on their vision to enhance healthcare through skills-building and technological exchange.
“What we have observed is the skillset is there, the doctors are trying but because of the non-availability of the equipment over here or the training personnel, because the doctor is the only one doing the surgeries, but there is a gamut of the entire, whole team. So, the nurses have to be trained, the paramedics have to be trained, the pre-operator protocols have to be in place, and the post-operator protocols in place for the successful programme.”
In addition to training medical personnel, the hospital said more affordable procedures can be facilitated through medical tourism.
