The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) is celebrating six decades of service to Trinidad and Tobago, marking the milestone with a week of customer and employee appreciation.
WASA turns 60 on September 1st, and under the theme ‘Evolution in Action,’ the Authority will honour its staff, retirees and customers.
Dubbed ’60 for 60′ WASA will recognise 60 longstanding customers this week, the first of which started on Monday, and, for the first time, it will host a retiree appreciation event.
Established since 1965, WASA’s Acting CEO Jeevan Joseph says the Authority remains committed to advancing Trinidad and Tobago’s socio-economic growth while ensuring reliable service for future generations.
