The spirit of community was on full display in Enterprise South and Longdenville North on Sunday as residents came together for an annual Christmas Treat hosted by the Councillor for the area, Brenda John.
Councillor John said the annual event continues to grow each year, reflecting strong community support and participation. She noted that plans are already in place for an even larger event in 2026, building on the estimated 500 children and parents who took part this year.
Ms. John said she believes her goal of fostering togetherness is being achieved and that it will contribute to a stronger, more unified neighbourhood.
Santa visited, and there was ample entertainment and food for the children. Councillor John said she will continue to work for her constituency and is glad to see it grow in warmth and cooperation.
