Radio station Sweet 100.1 celebrated its 20th anniversary with a sweet, groovy musical event at the Queen’s Hall on Saturday.
Listeners were given an opportunity to become fetters as they were presented with music from popular artistes and the presence of the Sweet 100.1 FM celebrity lineup.
Chairman of TTT Limited, Michael Kerr, says the station is more than an icon among other stations.
“Sweet 100 is a flagship product. I mean, it’s very rare that you have a radio station where the entire lineup is a household name. Where, you know, mommy likes it, granny likes it, everyone likes it. And when it comes to Christmas, what is Christmas if you don’t have Sweet 100? So I want to say hats off to the entire staff, the entire Sweet 100 team. Keep up the good work and Sweet is just going to get sweeter.”
