Member of Parliament for La Brea Clyde Elder says his constituency and constituents have been leading innovation that has changed this country for decades. He was speaking at the Caribbean Gas Company Limited La Brea Innovation challenge awards ceremony. The MP said the program is a growth accelerator for innovative entrepreneurs in the area which at times is not given credit for its successes.
