Minister of Health Dr Lackram Bodoe is stressing the importance of unity through festivals like Phagwa, which speak to joy, kindness and shared humanity.
The Minister was speaking during Phagwa celebrations hosted by the Indian High Commission at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute in Mt Hope on Saturday.
