Under the patronage of the Minister of Culture and Community Development, Michelle Benjamin, and in collaboration with the MP for the area, Wayne Sturge, the Community Outreach initiative transformed the Toco Regional Complex into a one-stop connection point for social support, youth development, and essential services.
