Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs, Sean Sobers, says Government is closely monitoring the International Court of Justice case involving the boundary dispute between Guyana and Venezuela.
Asked for his views on the brooch worn by Venezuela’s Interim President, Delcy Rodríguez, during a recent visit to CARICOM countries, he said T&T is not distracted by symbolic gestures or outward displays, stressing that such matters do not influence this country’s diplomatic focus.
