As the country prepares to observe Public Service Week, public servants stepped out of the world of work and onto the road for the Public Service 5K, The Pulse of the Nation.
Minister of Public Administration and Artificial Intelligence, Dominic Smith, and Minister of Planning, Economic Affairs and Development, Dr. Kennedy Swaratsingh, presented medals to runners as they leapt over the finish line.
In a brief address, Minister Smith thanked public servants for their dedication and continued efforts.
“On the cusp of Public Service week, something endorsed by the United Nations, commemorated by them, we are very to have all our dedicated, loyal, public servants, Trinidad and Tobago can do nothing, and is nothing without your work, and your service to country, you’re all patriots, I wanna give you a round of applause.”
