A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of 39-year-old Stephen Jack, who was killed on Charlotte Street, Princes Town, on Sunday, July 5th, 2026.
According to police, officers responded to a report of a stabbing at around 3:20pm on Sunday.
Upon arrival, they were informed that the victim had already been conveyed by a resident to the Princes Town Health Facility, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Preliminary inquiries revealed that the deceased had gone to the location in search of a female resident when he got into an argument with a man. The argument escalated into a physical altercation.
Acting on information received, officers later arrested the 39-year-old suspect. A flick knife, believed to be of evidential value, was recovered.
