SM Jaleel Set To Continue Caribbean Airlines Water Supply Partnership

Caribbean Airlines is set to continue its longstanding relationship with local beverage manufacturer S.M. Jaleel and Company Limited, following the company’s submission of a bid to supply bottled water for the airline’s in-flight service.

S.M. Jaleel confirmed that it responded to Caribbean Airlines’ recent invitation to bid on July 2nd, with discussions now underway regarding a formal one-year supply agreement for its Oasis Water brand.

The move follows the end of Caribbean Airlines’ previous bottled water arrangement with Blue Waters, which supplied the airline for approximately fifteen years.

S.M. Jaleel says the procurement process is continuing in line with regulatory requirements, including review by the Office of Procurement Regulation.

The company highlighted its international certifications, including standards associated with the International Bottled Water Association, NSF International, the Safe Quality Food Programme, and the United States Food and Drug Administration.

S.M. Jaleel says it remains committed to providing quality, reliability and service as it looks to continue its more than twenty-year commercial relationship with Caribbean Airlines.
