Trinidad and Tobago basketballer Malique Lewis is set to continue his career in Australia with National Basketball League team Cairns Taipans, which has announced the signing of the 21-year-old on a two-year deal.
Lewis, who was the 60th pick in the 2026 NBA draft by the Milwaukee Bucks, will open the new NBL season as a draft-and-stash player, with the Bucks still holding the NBA draft rights to the 21-year-old.
