Trinidad and Tobago’s Jereem Richards is through to Saturday’s Men’s 400m final at the World Athletics Ultimate Championships.
Richards clocked 44.44 seconds to finish fourth in the opening heat, behind Botswana’s Busang Collen Kebinatshipi and Americans Chris Bailey and Rai Benjamin, who all finished inside 44.3 seconds.
In the second heat, Jacory Patterson led the way for the US, with Britain’s Matthew Hudson-Smith also advancing.
Richards goes for gold on Saturday at 12:18pm, Trinidad and Tobago time.
