Students of the Victoria Education District were the first to showcase their talents in the The Primary Schools’ Music Programme Unit (PSMPU) in the Ministry of Education, ‘District Music Concerts” for 2025. On Friday, students from over a dozen schools gathered at Naparima College in San Fernando to share what they learned in the past three months.
