Former CARIFTA Athletics star and Trinidad and Tobago Olympian Jehue Gordon spoke on the role the CARIFTA Games plays in the development of junior athletes.
Gordon, who is now an athletics administrator, was speaking on the Games and Aquatics Championships, which is being hosted in T&T.
