There are those who simply want to enjoy the ocean and there are others who work to ensure the ocean can be enjoyed. The latter includes Non-Governmental Organisation, Speseas, a team of Trinbagonian scientists and conservationists who wish to make positive changes to the way the ocean is used and managed. Most recently, Speseas has been extending their reach to Tobago.
