- Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Roshan Parasram provided an update on active cases in T&T by county.
The breakdown is as follows:
Tobago: 10.4%
Victoria: 28.7%
St. Patrick: 9.9%
Nariva/Mayaro: 1.3%
St. George West: 5.1%
St. George Central: 10.6%
St. George East: 10.0%
St. David/ St. Andrew: 6.1%
Caroni: 18.1% - The CMO also shared that the patient distribution by age shows that the 20-39 and 40-59 groups are the most prominent.
- Dr Parasram stated that to date, 490,958 persons have received their first dose and 372,614 persons have received both doses.
