Trinidad and Tobago is mourning the passing of broadcaster and vocalist Raymond Edwards.
Edwards was the first co-host of the popular morning talk show First Up when it launched in 2006, and later served as Senior Producer and Program Director at Talk City 91.1FM, where he championed local music and meaningful conversation.
Beyond broadcasting, he enjoyed a celebrated music career, beginning in 1993 under the guidance of the late classical tenor Chesterton Ali. He went on to become a multiple Music Festival winner and released his debut album “Ray of Hope” in 2006.
Raymond Edwards leaves behind a legacy in both media and music.
