It was a successful opening day for Trinidad and Tobago cyclists Njisane Phillip and Makaira Wallace at the second edition of the UCI Bromont Class Two track event in Quebec, Canada.
At the international event, which features 100 riders, Phillip grabbed Gold in the Men’s Sprint event, while Wallace, who narrowly missed out on a podium finish last year, secured a hard-fought Bronze on Tuesday.
