The rain held up today in Bready allowing the West Indies to take a 62-run win over hosts Ireland clinching the T20 series 1-0.
The Windies batted first at the Bready Recreation Ground and posted 256 for 5 in their 20 overs led by opening duo of Evin Lewis who top scored with 91 off 44 balls which featured 7 fours plus 8 sixes and skipper Shai Hope who contributed with 51 off 27.
The Caribbean men the restricted the Irish to 194 for 7, with Akeal Hosein taking three wickets to complete the 62-run win. The West Indies now return home for the Test series with Australia starting on June 25th
