Grassroots Cricket Gets Boost From JAVA Initiative

With West Indies cricket struggling to regain its former glory, the need for grassroots revival has never been more urgent.

The JAVA Cricket Camp, a seven-week initiative spanning 47 venues across Trinidad and Tobago, culminated on Wednesday, with several coaches, along with former Windies women’s cricketer Anisa Mohammed, stressing the need for the camp, which sought to reconnect youngsters to the bat and ball.
