The Couva/Tabaquite/Talparo Regional Corporation has begun an early morning tour of recreation grounds across the region to assess their condition and maintenance needs.
Chairman Councillor Ryan Rampersad said officials started visits from 5:30 a.m. as part of efforts to improve the upkeep of the facilities.
Councillor Rampersad noted, however, the corporation has been receiving support from both the government and private contractors.
