According to the Ministry, the threat was received shortly after midday on Wednesday, prompting the immediate activation of emergency protocols. Staff and tenants were evacuated from the building in an orderly manner as a precautionary measure.
First responders and emergency personnel remain on site, while security and investigative operations are currently underway. Authorities say details surrounding the threat are still limited at this time.
The Ministry has announced that Kent House will remain closed for the rest of today, and members of the public are being advised not to visit the premises until further notice.
