AC POS Maintain Unbeaten Run In WoLF

AC Port of Spain remain unbeaten this season in the Women’s League Football (WoLF).

Their latest victory saw them defeat Pt Fortin Pioneers at the Manny Ramjohn Training Field in Marabella over the weekend.

Emily Nanton gave AC Port of Spain a 1–0 lead in the 30th minute to close out the first half.

After the break, Aaliyah Prince created space for a shot that was saved by goalkeeper Kimika Forbes. However, Prince made no mistake soon after, slotting home into the far corner in the 65th minute to double the advantage.

AC Port of Spain held firm to secure a 2–0 win, moving four points clear at the top of the table on 26 points while maintaining their unbeaten record.

Pt Fortin Pioneers, meanwhile, suffered their seventh defeat in eight matches and remain sixth in the seven-team Trinidad Conference.
