The Royhil Seals Water Polo Club departed for Florida on Thursday morning, aiming for medals at the South Florida International Water Polo Tournament in Coral Springs.
The Federation Park-based club is fielding three teams this year: Under-14 coed, Under-16 boys, and Under-19 boys.
They are looking to surpass last year’s fifth-place finish and reclaim the glory of 2016, when the club captured gold in the Under-14 coed category.
It has been ten years since the Seals brought home hardware from this prestigious tournament, and this year’s contingent is determined to end that drought.
