ANSA McAL Limited has announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell its majority shareholding in its Brydens Retail Incorporated and Brydens Xpress companies.
The sale was made to the Barbadian company Greenbow Incorporated.
A release from ANSA McAL notes that the transaction represents a seamless transition in ownership. It also notes that it expects full continuity of leadership, operations, and service as the companies move into this next chapter.
ANSA McAL says the companies employ a talented team and serve thousands of retail and commercial customers across Barbados through their established network of outlets and distribution channels.
