Arrive Alive said it is profoundly concerned about the recent surge in fatal crashes on our nation’s roads.
Speaking with TTT News, Arrive Alive said it is especially disheartening to have witnessed the tragic and preventable loss of life with regard to young road users over this last week.
The organisation is imploring that every citizen develops a safety-conscious mindset, and understands how one poor choice can change lives forever.
Arrive Alive is also urging key stakeholders to implement plans to stop this tragic loss of life. This includes beginning a robust public road safety education programme, as well as the collection and analysis of crash data to assess the root causes of these collisions and the reformation of the National Road Safety Council.
