EnerMech has won a contract extension for work carried out on platforms offshore Trinidad and Tobago, operated by bpTT.
The company originally secured the contract in 2022 and has now received a two-year extension to continue providing crane operations on 12 offshore platforms.
Approximately 30 EnerMech personnel, all of whom are Trinidad and Tobago nationals, will hold positions including supervisors, crane operators, technicians, and supply chain and logistics personnel.
The company is also expected to provide onshore technical, health, safety and environmental (HSE), and planning support as part of the deal.
Operations & Maintenance Manager of Lifting Solutions at EnerMech, Al Murray, said the company’s strong working relationship with bpTT has been a key factor in the continuation of this contract.
bpTT is the largest producer of natural gas in T&T.
