Brentwood once again lit up the Chaguanas community with big lights and even bigger screens through their annual Christmas movie night, hosted over the weekend.
The occasion brought families from around the country together for an evening filled with belly-busting moments of laughter and pure entertainment.
A representative of Brentwood Trinidad Caribbean Housing Limited, Meda Fraser, said the event sought to offer family fun activities along with a screening of the famous holiday classic ‘Home Alone.’
“Everything in Brentwood is community. We like to give back, we like to bring people out of their homes. See what Brentwood has to offer is just, everything is community- and family-based.”
Ms. Fraser noted that with the festivities now picking up, patrons can expect more movie nights and upcoming charity events for the season.
“On Friday 19th, we have our second movie night where we’re showing Home Alone 3, 5:30 to 6pm as soon as the sun sets, and on Saturday the 20th of December, we have our annual charity extravaganza where we give back to the community, 11:30 to about 5:30, we have Santa coming, we have the Grinch coming, and we have a couple other surprises as well, but you have to be here to see what is going on.”
