On Friday morning, Chane Cumberbatch made this country’s first appearance at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland.
Cumberbatch, who competed in the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics qualifiers, delivered an impressive performance in the Men’s All-Around competition, finishing fifth overall with a total score of 70.200 in a highly competitive field.
His standout moment came in the vault event, where he posted a 13.900, the highest score recorded in the Men’s Subdivision.
Cumberbatch also produced consistent routines across all six apparatuses, securing his place among the subdivision’s top performers.
