On Thursday 26th March 2026, the Minister of Tertiary Education and Skills Training, Senator Professor Emeritus Prakash Persad issued the letters of appointment to the Chairman and Members of the Board of Trustees of the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT).
The newly appointed Board of Trustees are:
- Mrs. Roamar Achat-Saney (Chairman)
- Ms. Sunita Ganpat (Vice-Chairman)
- Mr. Avinash Lalloo
- Dr. Pedram Lalla
- Mr. Davindranath David Maharaj
- Ms. Sintra Ramdeo-Gosyne
- Mr. Stefan Jeffrey Russell
- Dr. Teppany Skinner-Aguillera
- Ms. Majeena Ali-Jodhan
- Mr. Vishal Dhanraj
- Ms. Vishalli Vanita Tancoo
Senator Persad extended his congratulations to the newly appointed Board of Trustees of COSTAATT, noting that their leadership and expertise will play a vital role in strengthening tertiary education, advancing innovation and enhancing opportunities for students across Trinidad and Tobago.
Also, in attendance was Dr. Naseem Koylass, President (Ag.) of COSTAATT and Ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees.
