Defence Force Eliminated From Concacaf Champions Cup

It was another night to forget for the Trinidad and Tobago Premier Football League champions, Defence Force, who crashed out of the Concacaf Champions Cup on Thursday.

Already down 5–0 after a heavy defeat at home to the Philadelphia Union in last week’s first leg, the Tetron Men endured an even tougher outing in the return fixture at Subaru Park in Philadelphia, suffering a 7–0 defeat.

Defence Force struggled from the outset and went into the half-time break down 3–0.

The second half brought no relief, as the T&T club conceded four more goals.

In the end, Defence Force fell 7–0 on the night and 12–0 on aggregate across both legs.
