The Minister of Finance, Davendranath Tancoo, wishes to advise that today, June 24th, 2025, instruments of appointment were presented to new members of the Board of Directors of Caribbean Airlines Limited (CAL).
The Government has agreed to the appointment of the under-mentioned persons, as members of the Board of Directors for a period of two (2) years with effect from the date of the Resolution of the Shareholders, in accordance with the Companies Act, Chap. 81:01 and the By-laws of the Company:-
– Ms. Reyna Kowlessar – Chairman
– Mr. Videsh Praim – Vice Chairman
– Ms. Sharlene Maharaj
– Professor Selwyn Cudjoe
– Mr. Amit Krishan Mahabir
– Mr. D. Adam J. Moss
The Minister of Finance congratulates these outstanding and qualified individuals in their new role and express sincerest gratitude for their commitment to serve the Company and by extension the people of Trinidad and Tobago.
