Tobago’s 2024 Emancipation Parade will see a new element.
Tobago Festivals Commission’s Acting Chief Executive Officer Janelle Drysdale-Job said focus will be placed on drums.
The parade will begin in Crown Point into the Store Bay Heritage Park. This year, vendors at the space will have an opportunity to be involved in the activities.
The Emancipation Day celebrations will end with a cultural production.
