Trinidad and Tobago’s Senior Women footballers will take on Panama in a pair of friendlies at the Ato Boldon Stadium later this month.
The FIFA Women’s window fixtures will mark the return of international football to T&T after a two-year absence. In a release today, the TTFA says it has been granted approval for the October 21st and 25th matches by the Ministry of Health.
The matches will be played without spectators and serve as a warm-up for the start of the CONCACAF Qualifiers.
T&T meet Guyana, Dominica, Turks and Caicos and Nicaragua in Group F in qualifying.
The T&T senior team recently lost its Head Coach James Thomas to Bristol City’s youth and women development structure.
