Grace Kennedy (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited, originally registered by the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago as a bill payment service provider in 2014, was upgraded to a Payment Service Provider (PSP), effective August 1st, 2026.
According to correspondence from the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, this expanded registration allows Grace Kennedy to offer a wider range of regulated payment services, including bill payments.
Grace Kennedy Trinidad and Tobago is part of the Grace Kennedy Group, ultimately owned by Grace Kennedy Limited in Jamaica.
In addition to its new PSP status, Grace Kennedy TT is licensed as a bureau de change and serves as the exclusive Western Union agent in Trinidad and Tobago, providing foreign exchange and money transfer services.
