Hunting Season Reopens In October

Hunting season will open next month. Confirmation from the Conservator of Forests and Chief Game Warden, of the Forestry Division of the Ministry of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries, Denny Dipchansingh.

He was speaking at the Mobile Vaccination Drive in Moruga on Saturday, hosted by the Hunters Safe Zone Committee 2021, in collaboration with the South-West Regional Health Authority.

The Ministry said state game licenses will be available from September 27th between the hours of 8pm and 2pm Monday to Friday at Forestry division offices.

The licenses will cost $100, with a limit of three state game licenses per hunter. The Ministry added that each station will facilitate on average between 100 to 150 people per day.
