India’s Minister of External Affairs, Dr. S Jaishankar, is expected to arrive in Trinidad and Tobago on Friday for an official two-day visit.
Speaking at a Post Cabinet Media Briefing on Thursday, Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs Sean Sobers said the visit follows several Memoranda of Understanding signed during the visit of Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to T&T last year.
Minister Sobers said the visit underscores both Governments’ commitment to advancing initiatives and strengthening bilateral relations.
