The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation wishes to advise the public that the following intersections will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic:
· Park Street and Abercromby Street, Port of Spain
· Park Street and Pembroke Street, Port of Spain
Works will be executed on Wednesday 3rd December, 2025, from 6pm to 10pm. This is necessary to facilitate paving works associated with the traffic signal system upgrade project.
Alternative Routes:
· Motorists can utilise Park Street, then turn left onto Edward Street, right at New Street, right again on Charlotte Street, then left onto Picadilly Street to the final destination.
· Motorists can also utilise Wrightson Road as an alternative route.
