Residents of Mayaro, Toco/ Sangre Grande and Cumuto/Manzanilla are the first to benefit from a UNDP-led regional sargassum management initiative. With approximately US$1 million dollars allocated locally to support the initiative, new entrepreneurship and economic opportunities for coastal communities will be created.
