One man was arrested, and a firearm and cocaine were seized in the San Fernando district on Thursday.
According to police reports, between 2pm and 6pm on Thursday, police conducted an operation focused on high-crime areas, frequently targeted vehicles, priority offenders, and intelligence gathering.
A 42-year-old man from Picton Settlement, Diamond Village, San Fernando, was subsequently arrested for possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition, and possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
