Minister in the Ministry of Housing, Phillip Alexander, returned to East Port of Spain on Wednesday for a second on-site assessment of Housing Development Corporation properties.
He was joined by community activist Lennox Smith, Shadow Member of Parliament for Port of Spain South Kurt Sinnette, technical teams from the Housing Development Corporation, and the Facilities Manager for Port of Spain, Arian Ramjattan.
The visit focused on assessing structural concerns, maintenance needs and next steps for rehabilitation work at the affected buildings.
