The Ministry of Planning, Economic Affairs and Development and the Central Statistical Office (CSO) are warning the public about a fradulent website advertising Field Officer jobs for T&T’s 2027 National Population and Housing Census.
In a media release, the agencies urged people not to share personal information through the fraudulent site and said the matter has been referred to the appropriate cybersecurity and law enforcement authorities for investigation.
They advised the public to verify all census recruitment information through the Ministry’s and CSO’s official channels.
The Ministry noted that the official announcements regarding recruitment opportunities for the upcoming 2027 National Population and Housing Census and the Pilot Census commencing in October 2026, will be communicated through the Ministry’s and the CSO’s recognised official platforms
