Minister of Rural Development and Local Government, Faris Al-Rawi, believes Municipal Police should be the first to intervene in domestic violence matters.
Speaking at a Graduation Ceremony, he reminded that Municipal Police officers have most powers to that of a Trinidad and Tobago Police Service Officer, and urged them to use that responsibly.
