The National Carnival Commission of Trinidad and Tobago (NCC) has released official accessibility, parking, and traffic guidelines for the upcoming Fantastic Friday concert at the Flava Food Village on February 13th, 2026.
With heavy attendance expected, the NCC is urging the public to plan ahead to ensure a smooth experience for all patrons.
- Showtime & Gates: Gates at the Flava Food Village open at 4:00 PM, with showtime starting at 8:00 PM.
- Age Restrictions: For the concert at Flava Food Village, children under the age of 12 will not be permitted to enter.
- Free Viewing: Members of the public can access free viewing in the Grand Stand and the North Stand, where gates open at 6:00 PM. Children are allowed in these specific areas.
- Family Features: The viewing area will feature a children’s fun zone and special giveaways for lucky patrons.
- Pedestrian Access: Entry for Flava, the Grand Stand, and the North Stand is restricted to the entrance opposite Jerningham Avenue only.
To alleviate traffic congestion, the NCC encourages patrons to carpool or use ride-sharing services. For those driving, the following measures are in place:
- Designated Parking: Free, fully secured parking is available in the Queen’s Park Savannah, accessible via the St. Ann’s Roundabout.
- Restricted Areas: No parking is permitted along the perimeter of the Queen’s Park Savannah.
- Enforcement: The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) will strictly enforce wrecking for all illegally parked vehicles.
