The Occupational Safety and Health Authority and Agency (OSHA) has confirmed that it is investigating concerns raised regarding occupational safety and health conditions at San Juan North Secondary School.
In a media release issued Friday, OSHA said it is aware of the concerns and has since launched an investigation into the matter, which remains ongoing. The Agency noted that it will review all findings and relevant information before determining the appropriate course of action.
OSHA sought to assure the public that matters relating to the safety and health of workers and other persons in workplaces are treated seriously, adding that it will continue to engage relevant stakeholders as the investigation progresses.
Given that the matter remains under investigation, the Agency said it will not comment further at this stage.
