Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley today received an Honorary Doctor of Letters degree from Howard University in Washington DC. Among those commending the Prime Minister was President of the United States of America, Joe Biden.
The Honorary Doctorate was granted during the University’s 155th Commencement Convocation.
