Tobago police officers are investigating the island’s fifth murder for 2024.
Dead is 23 year old Jafari Fraser of Glamorgan, Tobago. Around 4am on Saturday, police received an anonymous call. Officers responded and found a vehicle crashed into a place of business in the vicinity of the Glamorgan bridge.
Upon investigation, the body of Fraser was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not yet determined a motive for the killing.
